Wire Wound Resistors
We manufacture heavy-duty industrial resistors by "HEC" Resistor manufacturers, India. These resistors come in various shapes like Round, Flat and Oval Tube and are silicon coated or Viterous enameled. We use high quality Ceramic tubes with high insulation grade that is tough in strength and consistent in uniformity. When these tubes selected wires (Oxidised or Bright) are wounded to reach the required ohmic value within the tolerance and connected to the terminals on both the sides by using spot welding, brassing, soldering or screwing techniques, then insulation coating is applied and is cured using high temperature ovens. Mounting arrangements are also given as per customer specifications. These Resistors are been used in various Industrial applications & Control panels, etc. In these types of Resistors, the size varies from min size of l2mm L * 6mm Dia to the max size of 216 mmL * 28mm. Dia.
Different types available in this model are as follows:
Style- SLF/ELF: Fixed Resistor with two lug terminal
Style -SLT/ELT: Tapped Resistors with required extra tapping.
Style –SLAIELA: Variable Resistors with one or more adjustable bands.
Style -SRF/ERF: Fixed Resistors with flexible leads soldered on lugs.
Style -SXF/EXF: Fixed Resistors with axial leads brass coated lugs.
Salient Features:
Windings and terminal bands are joined together by spot welding to ensure a permanent and positive band. Mounting Brackets are provided as per the customer’s requirements.
